The Civic Leadership Alliance (CLA) prepares under-represented Rock County residents to serve on local boards, committees, and in public office. We equip emerging leaders with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to participate fully in local decision-making. Through hands-on workshops, public forums, and community conversations, CLA makes civic engagement accessible and meaningful for everyone. Our work strengthens the pipeline of informed, empowered residents who are ready to vote, volunteer, advocate, and lead.
